TOUGH MUDDER TRAINING!

Every Saturday morning at 6:30 am we have a 60 minute training designed to help the Fitness by Example Tough Mudder team get ready for any and all mud races.

All our welcomed to train with us! Just bring a yoga mat, a pair of small dumbbells and a towel or gloves for tug of war.

We are in the same location as our regular outdoor boot camp. Corner of  Tuscawilla and Dike.
