Are you happy with your present physical condition? Can you take a look in the mirror with your birthday suit on and be pleased with what is looking back at you. If not this may be the right time in your life to make a change! My goal is to inform, educate, and empower you with the fitness truth so that you can take control of your own life.

However, the truth of the matter is that if you aren’t ready to make a change there is no program on earth that will work for you no matter how ‘easy’ it says it is.

I want you to know up front that you must make the decision to do something about your present situation. Whether you want to lose 5 or 50 pounds, fit into that wedding dress, run a 10k race, enter a local bodybuilding contest, or whatever, you first must make that conscience decision to do it! Once you have done that, then you need a detailed map or instructions you can follow to help you get where you want to go.

I must warn you though, that a lifetime of fitness is not a one time deal, that all you have to do is drop the weight, gain muscle, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness and your done. No it doesn’t work that way and I’m talking from personal experience. A lifetime of fitness is a journey that will encompass the rest of your life, that is why you hear so many people rightly say that it is a lifestyle.

I will tell you right now that in order for you to embark and continue on such a journey for a lifetime it must be focused on balance. I am a firm believer in balance, with a proper balanced fitness program you will find it easier (I didn’t say easy) to stick to it. Please don’t buy into any of those fad diets; low carb this or low fat that, remember it’s all about balance.

The absolute best way to ensure success in the least amount of time, which means meeting your set goal(s), is to hire a competent fitness professional. He or she will educate you and help empower you to have control over your own health. After your 8 to 12 week program with him or her you will have the knowledge and confidence to keep it going on your own. Even if you fall off the wagon, your trainer should be a phone call or email away for continual personal support.

Please remember that the present condition that you are in did not happen overnight, so your physical transformation will not happen overnight either, but it will happen if you don’t quit! Don’t become discouraged if your results are coming too gradual for your liking. Actually that is good! If the changes are coming in too fast, the chances are they will disappear even faster. Like most things in life lasting change happens over a slow process.

This program is about ‘little by little’, to gently coax the body into a healthier lifestyle. I want you to know that there is no change in life without fear or loss, every change involves a loss of some kind, and in this case loss of pounds and inches isn’t so scary, is it?
